Jm8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia

To register and use the platform JM8, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. Failure to comply with any of these conditions grants JM8 the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• You must register with accurate, complete and up to date. The use of false identities or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion or prohibited player list issued by any relevant regulatory authority.
• Each user is only permitted to own one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

JM8 reserves the right at any time to request identity verification (KYC) from any member, including but not limited to copies of identification documents, bank statements and proof of residential address. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze or termination.

All financial transactions on the JM8 processed through secure and trusted payment channels. The following guidelines govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification.
• All deposits must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your jm8 account within 1 to 5 minutes after successful payment confirmation by the payment processor.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• All withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes for members who have completed full KYC verification.
• JM8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual in amount or transaction pattern.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in your own name. jm8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

All bonuses and promotions offered by JM8 subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. However, the following general rules apply to all bonus types unless stated otherwise:

• Each member is entitled to each type of bonus one time only unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed by new members who have just registered and made their first deposit.
• The standard wagering requirement is 20x bonus value received before wins can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for specific offers may vary and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• JM8 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence that a member has abused the promotions system, including registering multiple accounts or employing betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that remain unused after the validity period will expire automatically.

• The use of automated software or tools (bots), scripts, or any method designed to exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation that may result in account termination and forfeiture of account balances.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or modify any part of the jm8 system is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Members are not permitted to use their JM8 account for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Use of the account for business or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Offensive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at jm8 staff or other members through any platform communication channel is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

All game results generated by the jm8 system are final. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, jm8 reserves the right to void or cancel the round in question and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and jm8. While we employ 256-bit SSL encryption and 24-hour security monitoring, there are steps you must take on your own to protect your account:

• Always use a strong and unique password for your jm8 account. Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials, account number or personal details with anyone, including individuals claiming to be jm8 staff.

JM8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• The member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The member provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The member's account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• JM8 is directed to do so by a relevant legal authority or regulatory body.

If your account is terminated for valid reasons and a net fund balance remains after the investigation is concluded, jm8 will return that balance to you via an appropriate method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal compliance.
